The olive grove
In 2023, La Maison de Flo opened a new chapter with the planting of its olive grove at Mas Saint-Rémy.
The estate hosts 800 olive trees, including 400 Picholine and 400 Aglandau, two emblematic varieties from Southern France known for their rich aromatic profile. With two neighboring plots, the farm now comprises over 900 trees.
