The Olive Grove
In 2023, La Maison de Flo entered a new chapter in its history with the planting of its olive grove at Mas Saint Rémy. A total of 800 olive trees took root on the estate: 400 Picholine and 400 Aglandau, two iconic varieties from southern France renowned for their rich aromas and authentic character.
Two neighbouring plots have since been added to the operation, which now includes more than 900 olive trees.

A bold and characterful olive oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted from olives grown on the estate and carefully harvested to preserve their freshness and aromatic intensity.
Picholine brings vibrant vegetal and peppery notes, along with a lively character on the palate.
Aglandau, on the other hand, offers more herbaceous aromas, with an elegant and well-balanced finish.The blend of these two varieties creates an expressive, fresh olive oil that is unmistakably Mediterranean in character.
